Take over a sponsorship

We are delighted that you are interested in sponsoring one of our students. For reasons of personal privacy, no specific pupil can be selected, only the year group to be supported. Here you will find the profiles of the individual students in each year group.

By becoming a sponsor, you cover all the financial expenses required for a student during her 10-month education. These include:

  • Sewing lessons: The students learn 5.5 days a week with their own sewing machine. They are taught by a total of 6 different teachers in the areas of accessories, clothing, leather, decorating with glass beads, design and Arabic embroidery. 
  • Participation in block courses: In the 2nd semester, the students attend block courses on various topics. These are business management, family planning and practical life topics. The classes are taught by three different subject teachers. 
  • Sewing machine: At the start of the course, each student receives her own sewing machine, which she can take with her after completing her training.
  • Board & lodging: Each student is accommodated in one of our school dormitories 'den Bomas', where she will find a bed with bed linen and a wardrobe. She receives one cold and two warm meals per day, whereby attention is paid to a balanced and varied diet.

The costs for the education of one pupil amount to CHF 3,200. You can donate a full or half sponsorship or an amount of your choice. Please fill in the form below. You will hear from us shortly.
