Our participants are either part of our projects on a long-term or temporary basis. In the glass bead project in Naiborgosso, the women are an integral part and the constellation of participants hardly changes. At the tailoring school in Arusha, on the other hand, the students learn and live on campus for 10 months. After they graduate, the organisation continues to support them, but the longer they go their own independent way, the better.
Our women's empowerment project in Naiborgosso currently employs 27 women. Their task is to design and then manufacture our products together with the project coordinator and the project manager. To ensure that as many households as possible can benefit from the project, we make sure that the participants come from different families and regions. In total, it is estimated that around 180 people will be supported.

Our 1st year is currently studying at the Engoitoi Epuan tailoring school. There are a total of 1o young women who come from different regions of northern Tanzania. They will start the 2nd semester at the beginning of July, which means that there will be room for 10-11 more students who will then start the 1st semester.
